Elevar Street Complex (Los Angeles, CA)

Our team delivered a full range of custom sheet metal solutions that brought the architect’s vision to life.

We designed and fabricated a robust steel support system, complete with precision-welded frames and hat channels, to serve as the backbone for the exterior paneling. The façade features TL-1222 Box Style Corrugated Panels in a sleek, Kynar-coated Slate Grey—providing both modern aesthetics and long-term durability.

To complete the exterior system, we crafted and installed custom sheet metal flashings, including:

• Unique fascia covers

• Box-style rain gutters

• Matching leader heads and downspouts

All flashing components were fabricated in galvanized mill-finished steel, selected for its clean, industrial appearance and proven weather resistance.
