For this high-end custom residence in Ojai, our team delivered a fully integrated architectural sheet metal package, showcasing our expertise in both craftsmanship and custom detailing.

We supplied and installed over 7,200 square feet of 7/8” corrugated Bonderized roof panels, carefully fabricated to meet the project’s aesthetic and performance goals. All trim and flashing were crafted from matching 26-gauge Bonderized steel, ensuring a cohesive appearance and long-term weather resistance.

Key features of this project include:

·       Fully soldered roof crickets and saddles for watertight performance

·       A custom dormer vent system designed to align seamlessly with the corrugated roofing profile

·       Installation of rectangular and box-style rafter-laid rain gutters with rectangular downspouts at all eave lines

Our scope also included extensive custom flashing work throughout the home’s exterior envelope:

·       Built-Up Roofing (BUR) gravel guards, reglets, and wall flashings

·       Flashings at balcony decks, thresholds, beam collars, and base siding transitions

·       Architectural detailing at siding-to-stone interfaces, including horizontal water tables and vertical transitions

·       Rectangular and round gable-end louvers (30" and 36" diameters)

·       Custom chimney caps for a refined, finished appearance
