For this high-profile military facility, our team provided a full scope of architectural sheet metal services, including:

• Installation of a Steel Standing Seam Roof System covering 13,200 square feet, using 22-gauge AZ50 Zincalume metal panels with a Kynar 500 Terra Cotta finish. The panels feature a 180-degree double-locked, mechanically seamed design for superior weather resistance and long-term durability.

• Fabrication and installation of a complete rainwater drainage system, including 8” box-style gutters with integrated bird-deterrent bottoms and 6” square downspouts, designed for efficient water control and low maintenance.

• Supply and installation of interior and exterior architectural expansion joint systems, allowing for thermal and structural movement while maintaining the integrity of the building envelope.

• Application of rigid insulation with ½” coverboard over Verco steel decking, enhancing energy performance and providing a stable substrate.

• Installation of comprehensive sheet metal flashing throughout the building envelope—including windows, doors, louvers, base, and EIFS termination flashings—all fabricated from pre-finished Kynar sheet metal to meet stringent military and performance specifications.
