This project is a strong example of our ability to manage and deliver complex architectural metal systems from concept to completion. For the Home2 Suites in Warner Center, our team was responsible for field measuring, reviewing shop drawings, and procuring all materials—ensuring complete control over quality, precision, and scheduling.

We installed over 10,700 square feet of Alucobond Plus 4mm Aluminum Composite Panels, fabricated and installed as part of an R4000 Drained Back Ventilated Rain Screen system. This high-performance, dry-joint system featured matching splines for crisp, uniform lines in a Natural Brushed Carbon architectural finish, delivering a sleek and modern look.

Additionally, we furnished and installed approximately 4,800 square feet of 24ga Kynar 500 Corrugated Metal Wall Panels in HWP 16" Midnight Bronze, mounted over hat channels that we also installed at the tower and equipment screen paneling.

To further elevate the building's aesthetics, we clad six first-floor columns in GeoLam Soleo wraps in a warm Rosewood finish, using a randomized mix of profiles (6027, 6008, 6029, 6030, and 6009) for a natural, wood-look appearance with long-lasting performance.

Additional sheet metal scope included:

·       Custom pre-finished midnight bronze finish color coping cap

·       Precision trim around windows, storefronts, and louver openings

·       A complete roof access system, including a Bilco S-20 self-flashing roof hatch (30” x 36”) with integrated ladder-up safety post and railing

This project highlights our ability to take full ownership of architectural sheet metal scopes—delivering excellence in design coordination, material management, and flawless installation.
